This Cookie Policy explains how RemotIQ Pty Ltd (ABN 91 682 628 128) ("Helloo") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and app. It supports our Privacy Policy — read them together.
Note for the team: the table in Section 3 is the audited, real inventory as of this version — one strictly-necessary cookie, no analytics or advertising. If you add ANY non-essential cookie or SDK, update Section 3 and bump the policy version inlib/legal.tsbefore it ships, and gate it behindwhenAnalyticsAllowed()inlib/analytics.ts. Setting a cookie you haven't declared, or declaring one you don't set, are both misrepresentations. Still a draft pending Australian counsel review.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and SDKs in mobile apps. They help sites remember your actions and preferences, and help us understand how the site is used.
2. Types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary — required for the site to work (e.g. keeping you logged in, security, load balancing). These can't be switched off.
Preferences — remember choices like your language or region.
Analytics — help us understand how people use Helloo so we can improve it. Where feasible we use aggregated or de-identified data.
We aim to keep cookies minimal. We do not use cookies to sell your data. If we ever introduce advertising cookies, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first.
3. What we actually use
Cookies — we set exactly one.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no cross-site tracking on helloo. If we ever add anything in that category, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before it runs.
Similar technologies — local storage. These stay on your device, are never sent to our servers, and are not used to track you:

4. Your choices
- Consent banner: we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies when you first visit, and you can change your choice any time using the Cookie settings button at the bottom of this page. We record your choice — including the version of this policy that was in force — so we can show you what you agreed to.
- Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of Helloo from working.
- Mobile: you can manage device-level identifiers and permissions in your phone's settings.
5. Third parties
Some cookies may be set by service providers who help us run the site (for example, analytics). They're only permitted to process data on our instructions. See our Privacy Policy for how we work with service providers.
